Is there a way to mass delete an outdated update request?

I used an automated update request as a means of RSVP'ing for an event. The deadline has now passed and I was hoping to remove the requests from the sheet that are still showing as pending. Since there are hundreds I'm hoping for a better way than manually deleting row by row.

Hi @Jim Rood ,

Can you sort on the pending column and delete the block of records? Sort the sheet, select the top row you want deleted, hold down the shift key and select the last row. Hit delete and it will remove the block.

I still need the row. It is only the request that is no longer valid.
