our current project plan is driven by organization functions, the item details roll up by function. We want to move towards an outcome based plan, this would be leveraging the same plan but report the status by workstream instead of by function. Each item is tagged with the workstream.
smartsheet does a great job rolling up the % complete and start and end dates for each function (all items are indented underneath the organization function parent task).
how can I get the same % complete and start and end dates by workstream?
