How do I link QR Codes to Smartsheet lines

The aim of the project is to attach bar codes to equipment, so when the maintenance folk scan the code it takes them to the line in Smartsheet where the equipment information and Maintenance Plan is located. They can then download & populate the document and reattach it to the Smartsheet line when completed.

The simplest method would be to use the search feature in the Smartsheet App and have a unique identifier for each row, so when you search, the row is the only answer.

tap the barcode icon barcode icon located in the Search bar.
