1 Form but 2 different approval Processes
I have 1 form that goes to 2 different approval processes depending on what is selected. A formal intake has 4 approvers. An informal intake has 3 approvers (3 are the same as the formal). The process works perfectly for the informal. The formal however seems to generate 2 emails. This should not be happening as the requestor must select the informal or the formal when they are typing in their request.
The beginning process looks at different columns.
Any help to prevent 2 emails on the formal process is greatly appreciated.

Here are copies of the emails it is generating. The one with the subject RFP or BID is correct. The 2nd email with the title New Intake should not be happening.

It looks like the trigger within your Informal workflow is also triggering within your formal workflow.
The New Intake Form email is being sent when PPO Informal Intake Status is pending. What is the normal value for PPO Informal Intake Status when someone is doing your formal process?
This is where the issue is. You may need an extra condition to stop this email triggering for the wrong process.
