Hello, over the weekend my users ability to use published report links on mobile devices stopped working. Desktop access seems to be fine. The mobile links have been working flawless for years. The glitch timing seems to coincide with the report filter updates. I have a help ticket submitted, they indicated the were aware of the issue.
Any one else having this issue that they were able to resolve. The mobile access is critical for us, 100’s of users were using mobile access daily. Real bummer it stopped working.
