Anyone else having issues with published view on mobile devices?


Hello, over the weekend my users ability to use published report links on mobile devices stopped working. Desktop access seems to be fine. The mobile links have been working flawless for years. The glitch timing seems to coincide with the report filter updates. I have a help ticket submitted, they indicated the were aware of the issue.

Any one else having this issue that they were able to resolve. The mobile access is critical for us, 100’s of users were using mobile access daily. Real bummer it stopped working.

    I've checked in with our Support team on this and they have confirmed that our Development Team is actively working on a resolution for this issue. As of the moment we are not able to provide a time-frame on how long the resolution could take, but we are doing our best in order to have this fixed as soon as possible.
