Why can't I add anymore attachments when I have not reached my storage limit
Hello,
>Ive tried uploading files big and small but they just keep disappearing!
>No error messages
>No other account can attach either
>It won’t let me attach to any rows
>It won’t let me add attachments to any other sheets now either
>Also we have 300GB and only used about 2GB, please help!

Hope you are fine, please do the following checks:
1- try to create a new sheet you have sufficient permission on it and try to add an attachment.
2- if you can add an attachment in the new sheet try to check the number of rows and columns in the sheet you are facing this problem in
Sheet Limitations
Intake Sheet
If your Intake Sheet has reached the general sheet limitations, you won’t be able to create more projects. These limitations are:
- 20,000 rows
- 400 columns
- 500,000 cells (in any combination of rows and columns)
3- if your sheet still on limit try to call the support team

I am having the same issue. I cannot attach anything to any of my Smartsheets. Per the instructions above, I tried creating a new Smartsheet and cannot attach anything to it. The document shows in the Attachments window for a brief second then disappears. I do not get any error messages.

Also having the same problem, my 3 sheets are pretty small, only 1500 lines x 20 columns, have tried 3 different browsers and loging out and in again. Attachemenst are small PDF, always worked until now. I see that a year or so ago this was caused by an Amazon server error.
