Dynamic View Logic not saving

I am trying to create conditional logic in dynamic view but when I do, the Save button is always greyed out. My Business Unit column is a dropdown single select column, because I know the logic needs to work off this type of column. I can't figure out what it doesn't like about my logic and why it won't let me save.

You'll need to add a name to the Rule because Rule #1 is only a placeholder.

That did work! I kept trying to type in that box yesterday and it was greyed out as well, but today when I tried again it let me.
