Create a workflow

I'm trying to create a workflow. We currently are tracking pre Sales deals in SmartSheet. When a deal is won and the sales team updates the status as "WON" I would like the info from the PreSales tracker carried over to a delivery tracker. I want the deliver tracker to only see the "WON" deals.

Can anyone offer any suggestions.

You can use the conditional setting to move the item to the delivery tracker

Here, when the category changes to Company I can move the row to the sheet (your delivery tracker).

That way only those that are "WON" deals with move across.

There are a couple of options.

• Cross-sheet formula with either VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH
• Move/copy the row to the sheet
• Use a report
