SOLVED: New Report builder does not show all folders in workspace?

No way to delete the Discussion...I realized what was the reason...
Hi, is there anyone else out there that experience this issue? I don't know what to call it other than a bug?
I have old, and brand new, reports that doesn't allow me to choose the folders that exist in the first step of report builder. Ie, folders and sheets under those are not selectable for a report, despite them being created long time ago.
This results in the report not showing all the data they should.
