Using smartsheet individual plan but I'm unable to create an access token. Any add-on or refund?

I upgraded my plan and need to link an API to it but unfortunately Access token isn't available in Individual Plan. Is there an add on for that or can someone please tell me the refund policy since this is really unfortunate for me.

Hi @Rabia Hasan

You will need a license on a multi-user plan (such as Business or Enterprise) in order to generate an Access Token for the Smartsheet API, as you've found. Please see the last point on this Help Center article, on Personal Account Settings, here.
