Can an attachment be added to a form?

I'm trying to get pictures delivered with a form, I know that there is no ability to deliver 'images' in a field, what about as an attachment?

Come on folks, let's figure out a workaround until SS can make this happen for us.

Here's my delemma: I have store associates in various c-stores that need to alert accounting when they have a new item that did not get entered into the POS system. I've designed a form for them to submit to accounting. Accounting is asking for a picture of the item, to ensure that all the informaiton sent in the form is correct prior to adding it to the POS. Once accounting enters the info into the POS, they complete the transaction in SS and the store is alerted that the item is now in the POS.

You can add the file upload field. This will allow users to attach images.
