Is there any way to copy the workpace .

HI,

I’m trying to copy a big Workspace space over to a new one. We used it for 2020 reporting and I need to build the same for 2021

Can you please look into this and let me know if there is a way to mass copy?

Hi @Sarath Darjisutraye,

How many items does your workspace have?

I think this is a limitation within Smartsheet (present also via API). The only way to work around is to copy individual chunks of max 100 items per copy run.

Hope this helps, although you might have thought of this option yourself.

Thanks for replying, I am having more than 200 items in the workspace including folders and sub-folders.
