Mass Change/replace approvers in workspaces

Hello, We are using Smartsheet for budget forms and approvals. I have at least 30 workspaces and serveral budget forms and approval set up within each workspace. Is there a way to mass change or replace an approver in all workspaces?

Hi Christine

It depends on how your store the value of your approvers? If you have an Approvers Column within your sheets and you want to update all sheets across your workspaces, then we have an app that can do this for you.

If your approver is just an email address hidden inside a workflow then our app won't work there.

Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a possible workaround, it might be able to use the Smartsheet API. Is that an option?
