Removing Notifications for Sys Admin

Is there any way to remove notifications for system admins for Smartsheet licence requests either as a whole or on an individual basis?

Hi @Dan Harris

There currently isn't a way to turn off System Admin notifications when a user requests a license.

You could potentially adjust the users who don't want to have these notifications to just be Group Managers or Resource Viewers without being a full System Admin.

Another alternative, depending on what email provider you're with, would be to set up a rule in their inbox to auto-filter these types of requests into a specific folder.
