Comments section - ability to add in forms

Hi all, I saw this had been asked a year ago and it was suggested to use Zapier, but that's not a solution I can use. Are there any plans to enable the comments so it can be added as a field in a form. We use forms for initial intake, and have to create a column called "Notes" so comments can be added. It redundant and users following up with clients are recording their thoughts in the comments section. Thank you.

I've created a Test Form, and I can see that I have the Comments Field availbie. Please see this example below:

Please note that if it's not showing under your "Fields" section, it may already be part of the Form.

@Sean Morgan I don't see Comments/Conversations as an option on a test form I created today.
