How to hide columns in callenderview

Inside a Report i can choice what columns i want to show in the grid and gantt view,

however if i switch to callenderview and selected a project it shows everything.

is there a possiblity its only shows the choisen columns.

Unfortunately, everything is visible in all views in the report as long as you open up a row.

Do they need to be able to edit the data or only view it?

Not sure I follow.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

Dear @Andrée Starå ,

we have a source sheet with all the data,

however not all data is necassary or are not allowed to be seen by some users (for example prices)

We made a report for the different types of users so they cannot see what isnt necessary

however if we switch in the report to the callender view everything is visible again.

so is there a way i can switch off the data in the callender view so its only shows the data what is used in the report itself.
