COVID-19 Vaccination Appointments Booking System

In case anyone needs this, in response to urgent demand, we have built an Appointments Booking System in Smartsheet, currently being used in COVID-19 Vaccination clinics right now. This system offers real-time appointment availability and is able to manage two bookings at a time, the second being a set number of days after the first appointment. The system is interrogating Smartsheet held data and returning remaining available appointments in real-time which has proven to be exactly what these clients have needed and couldn't previously be achieved without our web interface tool. It can also handle COVID testing in the same manor using the same functionality.

This system is introducing new users to Smartsheet which can only be a good thing. Please feel free to share with people who you think might have an urgent need.
