Request an Update automation multiple email

I suspect I am missing a simple setting, but any Request an Update workflow I set up sends a single email per row, where the action is to send to contacts in a cell (Assigned to).

I have seen workflows where a single email is sent that links to a form with multiple pages, but do not see any option to configure it this way in the workflow.

If you're using the Placeholder feature, it will be sent one in each email.

Was that the issue?

If not, can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
