Data Uploader - incomplete comparisons

Let's say I have an item list 1 through 15,000. Column 1=Item Number, Column 2= Task Name, Column 3=Task Assigned To

When I create a Data Uploader instance (with task number as the unique identifier), Rows 10,000-15,000 get populated. Rows 1-9,999 do not get populated. Why?!

Without being able to see all of your Data Uploader workflow settings, I can only guess, but I'd recommend looking in the "Target" and "Filters" sections. It sounds like you should be using a "Merge"/"Update Existing Rows"+"Add New Rows" action (it sounds like maybe you only have add?) in the "Target" section and just make sure you don't have any odd filters that would X out those first thousands of rows.
