Update form based on Email address column?

Hello,

I would like to determine if it may be possible to have an update contact form that contains an email column per row. Then, each record will be allowed to be updated based on the email address of the record?

Not sure if someone may already accomplish something like this.

Currently, I can accomplish this, but I would need to create several hundreds of spreadsheets.

I just trying to figure out a way for our clients to update their basic contact information (addreses, emails, phone numbers, etc).

There are some options.

1. Have the client request the update by submitting a form. That would then trigger an Update Request to be sent.
2. Send an update request regularly where they can update the information if needed.
3. Use the URL-query feature to email out a unique link that they can use to update the information.
4. Premium add-on, Dynamic View (more info below)
