Public holidays duration

Hello everyone

I am working on a use case and I have a problem with a duration value (using Smartsheet in french) :

I calculated the number of working days for 2021 in France and it is 254, in Smartsheet I have a result of 255

As you can see below I have set up public holidays so I should get 254 days and not 255.

It seems that Smartsheet is counting the first day of my duration, here 01/01/21 as a working day while it is considered as a public holiday. I tested to put the first monday of the year so Monday 4th of january, and when I do this I get the real result 254 days

Do you know if it is an error from duration calculation or should I change something ?

I tested this on a year period, but I have the same problem with other public holidays.

Ok. That is expected then. Even if it is a holiday or weekend, if you have the start or end date as one of those dates it will override the "non-working day" status and assume that it is in fact a working day since it is being used as either a start or an end date.
