Is there a way for me to craft a report to show the freq of usage of smartsheets across users?

Hi, I am looking to create a report to show the activity of smartsheets by licensed users and collaborators? I am particularly looking to gain insights on how frequently licensed users and collaborators are using smartsheets. Or even a dashboard....

If you are a system admin, you can request a user access report which will be sent to your email as an excel file.

Thank you! So there is not a way to set up a view of monthly, quarterly, or yearly?

Not without manipulating the log that is sent in the email.

There is a premium add-on, Event Reporting that can provide you with much more information. 

Is that an option?

I've been trying to think of a way to do something similar.

Our PMO has a number of sheets/reports in our Control Center Templates. I would like to see what artifacts are being used and which ones are not, so I can determine why... Basically an activity report on the items in our portfolio blueprint.
