Formula with TODAY()

=IF([Finish]3) < TODAY(), "Red", IF(AND([Finish]3 >= TODAY(), [Finish]3 < TODAY(+7)), "Yellow", "Green")) is giving me a UNPARSEABLE error. Any suggestions?

    The column the formula is in needs to be text/number formatted. Try:

    =IF(ISDATE([Finish]@row), IF([Finish]@row) < TODAY(), "Red", IF(AND([Finish]@row >= TODAY(), [Finish]@row < TODAY(+7)), "Yellow", "Green")),"")
