Changing the format of a the Created (Date)
I wanted to have a date when a task was added so I am using the Create (Date) under system-generated column. "See Below" but I only want to display the date not the time. I was looking away to format the cell so it would show only the date like my other date columns and I can't find anything. Any help would be great

A few things:
- your "column27" must be a date type
- The formula is "=DATEONLY(Created@row)
- Once done, convert to a column formula and any new rows will automatically fill with formula

You'll have to add a so-called helper column with the DATEONLY function.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

@Andrée Starå thanks for the reply but I have two follow up questions:
First I can not get it to work please see screen shot below showing the formula I used and not sure it will work in my situation. If someone adds a new task at the bottom of the task list they would also need to add the DATEONLY function in the date field and that is a lot to ask end users to do. I hope the second part makes sense?

When using Dateonly - I am noticing that anything after 6pm is coming over as the next date in the formula.
How do I fix?

I am having this exact issue... Going to need some kind of workaround to resolve the next day showing up for entries after 8pm...
