I have 3 award levels; Manager, Director, and VP, that have 1, 2, or 3 approvers respectively. Recently there has been a lag on an approver approving the award and I've been manually emailing them a reminder via Outlook, not a reminder through Smartsheet. One of the managers has requested reminders be set up so I do not have to do that.
