How do I copy a HWO to different Smartsheets once a checkbox is checked?

Hi all,

I am looking to build out functionality that copies a HWO to multiple Smartsheets once a checkbox is checked.

Is there a way to do this without cell linking or copying the full row?

The third option would be formula based with cross-sheet formulas.
