Form - rating & access restriction

Hi - is there any other way how to assign points to each question/answer in the form instead of using helper column with formula to get "rating"? That would be really helpful if this could be done directly in the form creation/settings (similar to eg google form). Also, can we restrict the access to the form tocertain people as the option I see is to either to keep it public or to require log in which would cause that anyone in the organisation could access the form if link is shared. Thank you

Hope you are fine, you can submit your great idea for this option using Enhancement Request Form so the developer team of smartsheet can check it and implement it if it's posible
