Update request defaults

When you create a new update request from a specific row - there are many preselected columns that you can add or subtract from. Is there a way to change the default selected columns? Currently it appears to be any columns not hidden - whether they contain info or not.

Yes, unfortunately, it's not possible to set a default selection option.

I'd recommend creating multiple Workflows that are automated and set to what you want to include and then add a so-called helper column or columns to select which row(s) you want to send and what structure.

Make sense?

Thanks Andree. I'd say that yes, that would work, but are you saying there is no way to change the default selections when you send a manual update request?
