My Smartsheet link didn't refresh
Hi...
My client sent a Smartsheet link to edit. It was shared to 6 of us (staffs). My question is why is it my Smartsheet only has 36 rows and the rest of my colleagues are having the updated 948 rows...I already clicked on refresh report button but still I only got 36 rows in my Smartsheet. What seems to be the problem?

To be able to view data in a report, you must be shared to the source sheet(s). There have also been intermittent connectivity issues for some users today as well, but I would start by making sure you also have access to all sheets first.

Hi Paul thanks for the reply. I talked about this with my client and we both figured out probably this was a filter issue. But the thing is I am the only one with this issue its already filtered when I open the link, and I cant disable the said filter. my client also don't have an idea.

If you are unable to edit the report then you most likely only have viewer access. If you are given Editor or above permissions to the report, then you should be able to edit the report builder.
