Access level to enter data into a report.

I am looking to use reports to allow people to do tabular data entry into a sheet. I've found that it works when I test it. But, I am the sheet owner. What access rights must be granted to allow people to enter data into a report?

They must be able to edit the source data to be able to edit the report data.
