I need to autoassign review of documents from a list of engineers

How can autoassign a document to be reviewed by an enginner in a list of N enginners and avoid to assign a document to the people who is requesting the revision, is that possible?

I have a sheet like this (other columns):

Requester Assigned to

and other sheet with the list of the engineers.

Hope anyone can help me.

Hope you are fine, i think the best way to do that is by using update request with attachment to be sent using workflow and you can define the conditions to trigger that workflow

Hi already have the attachment logic, I used a python progamm to do it and some other API´s , but at this moment I don´t have the logic to assign the person that will review this document, I need to do it from a pool of engineers , I mean something like this link https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/70221/auto-assign-task-to-next-person-on-contact-list

but it did not work for me yet.

You'd use either VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH in a Contact Column referencing the pool of engineers.

Make sense?
