Error when creating login

I have been sharing our project plans to customers with their permissions as a viewer. I have a customer who is receiving the attached error when clicking the link to create a login. 

I did delete her as a user and resend the user invite, but she got the same error.

That doesn't look like a Smarthseet issue, but more a specific issue for the customers it department.

Has the customer checked it internally?
