Does anyone know a way for tracking quantity deduction when it comes to material requests ?
I have been trying to track via the activity log on the right hand of the sheet, however the reports are taking too long to produce. I just need something that i can send to the accounts team that shows how much material was used in a week.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution.

Can you expand your scenario a little Brendan. Maybe explain the sheet, how do you determine and log materials used. It sounds like a countif would work possibly.

Thanks for your response. So we have an active sheet of all of our inventory items. Right now we have a quantity column that needs to be deducted from. We essentially need to track those deductions ( i.e Material Request) on a daily basis. Please let me know if this is enough information.
