Form Files
Hello,
I understand there is only one area in the spreadsheet to hold uploaded files, however I am wondering if there is a way to have more than one section on an actual form for files to be uploaded. If the file section is noted as required but does not have a quantity of files required, they would be able to surpass the multiple files needed by only adding one file.
Also, is there a way for the submitter to add information to their specific record after their initial submission without submitting a new form?
Any assistance is appreciated.

Ahhh, the file uploader can only be used once per form unfortunately and like you said as long as something has been uploaded you can't specify a count of files to be checked.
This will have to be a manual check once the form has been submitted.
However in answer to your second question, if on the manual check of submitted files there are some missing, you can use the Send Update Request action from the Row menu (little drop down arrow next to the row number) to ask the person to fill in more information, or upload further files. You can send many update requests per row if necessary.
You can also automation Update Requests - really powerful feature.
Kind regards
Debbie
