Cross Functional Formula skip cells

I created 12 cross functional formulas in my sheet. They were working fine for months. Recently they do not populate in all of the cells. When I check the sheet the formula is pulling from, the information is present but it does not appear in the sheet where I need the results.

I have tried the following but I am not getting results:

1. Created another column and entered the formula
2. Checked all references to ensure they are referencing the correct data
3. Deleted the references and recreated them
4. Used the Convert to Column Formula option
5. Used the drag and fill option

What else can I do?
