Smartsheet Forms

I have 60 people that have submitted interest, and now their details are all on my SmartSheet having used the forms function. I'd like to email them with another form to fill out, but would like it populated on the same sheet, next to their original entries. Is this possible?

Yes, you will need to use an Update Request. You don't have control over the design of the form, but this is the tool to collect more information in a form against an existing record.

You can send Update Requests manually by using the "Send Update Request" action on the row menu (click the dropdown arrow next to the row number).

    OR

You can write an Automation Workflow that triggers when a set condition is met that will send an Update Request workflow to the email address stored in the row.

    Good luck!

    Kind regards
