Approval Emails - Style Questions

I'm using a form for staff travel requests. Once submitted an email is sent to their manager for approval as part of the workflow.

When the email goes out, there are two things I would like to remove:

The Row #
Footer with "you are receiving this email included as a collaborator etc."

I think that people who aren't familiar with Smartsheet may find this confusing and be drawn to the blue hyperlinked text. From a style pov I think it would be a lot more slick without.

Is this possible?

It would be nice to include company logo etc. as well like you might in a google form (without having to sync a google form).

You can change the appearance and use placeholders instead.
