Record a date automation not working?

I have a similar but different issue. I have 3 status descriptors in a Status column, and 3 columns to capture what dates those statuses were entered using 3 separate automations. The automations also trigger a change notification & email. I get the email, so the automations are triggering, but the date recording doesn't work.
I see what is happening now. It is recording the date based on the previous status.
When Status changes to "New", Record a date in "Creation Date". But the date actually records in a different column depending on the prior status.

I've tried separating out the notification and column update steps but still get the same result.

I figured out what is going on. In case anyone is interested. It's a synchronisation issue. The automation runs but it doesn't update the displayed sheet until you refresh it.

From your additional comments it sounds like these automations are now running as expected. Another detail to note about actions that change a sheet (e.g. Record a Date or Move Row) is that they can't be triggered by cross-sheet formulas or cell-links. If your workflows aren't executing as you'd like in the future, it would be helpful to see a screen capture of the current workflow configuration and your sheet set-up, but please block out sensitive data.
