Dashboard and presentation

hello Community,

i have been using smartsheet for a month now and I have a presentation tomorrow with the top management and the client.

The schedule has many items, and I was wondering how to make a successful presentation or a dashboard tomorrow and visualize the data, the main items are regarding hiring, training, contracts, percentage as well as assigned persons, schedule status. I have made some equations but still can't calculate the accurate percentage for hiring and training as they are not listed in order but divided by departments.

and I see the dashboard I have made is poor.

Building good looking dashboards with quality data is important. It all really has to come from good source data either via reports pulling in from other Smartsheet items or metric sheets that have formulas, data or other critical information.

There are quite a few good templates and training items that may help to give you a little more exposure and to help you out with building what you need. There are also other good learning resources that may help you out as well.

Your dashboard is only going to be as good as the data you are able to capture and that for a new user can take a little time to master. I would even try to find a less complicated template and maybe try to reverse engineer it. It might help you meet your deadline tomorrow.
