Automated emails - can I change who they send from?

I've been helping several teams in my company set up request forms and trackers for their own needs. I recently realized that any automated emails I set up in these situations appear to send from me (see below). This has resulted in requesters reaching out to me with questions I can't answer, and I've been spending an increased amount of time fielding/directing those questions to the appropriate people.

Is there a way to change the sender name that appears with automated emails for specific sheets?
