Is there a reporting function in Smartsheet to be able to audit who is shared to every Smartsheet item? I have a need to be able to monitor and remove shared collaborators on a regular basis for security purposes.
For example, if 100 people on my team are regularly inviting external collaborators (external to our own organization), we need a way to quickly remove one external collaborator (for example someone leaves my contract company's employment) from all Smartsheet items they are shared to. This would need to be done on a regular basis.
What is the better way to govern this?
