Error when 2 people enter rows on a sheet at the same time

We have encountered a problem in our Sheet where if 2 people work on it and insert new rows at the same time they merged into 1 row.

This is quite a big issue with our work as each row is a piece of practical work that needs undertaking, therefore 1 row missed is 1 piece of work missed. Is there a way to prevent this happening in future?

Hope you are fine, you can make people using the form to insert new record instead of inputting the data directly on the undertaking sheet.

Thanks @Bassam.M Khalil I will look into doing this in future, it may take longer if they have several rows but if it prevents errors then it will be worth it. Many thanks for your help. Have a good day :)
