How do i allow a 3rd party access to certain sheets without having access to ALL sheets?

We have made a portal (dashboard) for one of our clients and we would like them to have access to that along with all sheets associated with it.

They can get on the Dashboard fine, but when clicking a sheet it askes for them to log in.

    Hi @Sales Team

    It depends.

You'd either need to publish or share all the Smartsheet Items that they should be able to see/edit.

Do they need to be able to edit the sheet or only view them?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!
