Is there a way to set a rule for conditional formatting for rows where a due date is more than 45 days in the past?

Hope you are fine, you can create a helper column with the following formula
=TODAY() - [Due Date]@row
and create your conditional formatting rule using the helper column as reference. please check the following screenshot

Is it possible to format a singular cell in a sheet to total the above numbers add in each cell of the column.
