If multiple users have access to the same sheets, what impact does that have on automated backups? It would not be desirable to have more than one person backing up a single smart sheet.

That makes sense. Follow up: Is there a way we can back up Smart Sheets from all of our users from one central location, regardless of ownership? It would be worth creating another licensed user if we could.
I tried the backup tool yesterday. It connected fine, but I kept running into a "rate limit exceeded error" 4003. The backup never ran due to this error, which occurred multiple times. As I understand the error, the program has exceeded the maximum number of queries allowed per minute. I submitted my error logs to GitHub; have you experienced anything like this?
Unfortunately, I haven't seen that error.
