Schedule of Values

Has anyone created a sheet for Schedule of Values? Ultimately I am wanting to insert the project budget and tag the budget lines to the SOV lines. I can then go through and identify percent complete on the budget areas or on the SOV and it shows expected expenditures/profit.

The best is if I have the budget and connect it to a PO showing the cost of each. I then mark an item at the correct percentage complete and it shows it on the SOV. From here I can identify my expected cash flow in a pro-forma basis.
