Ability to limit which columns are copied using Copy Row
This is more of a question for clarification. I'm just now getting around to using the Copy Row feature and want to copy only a few of the many columns from one sheet to another. Is this possible? During my research, it doesn't seem like it is, but I haven't found anything definitive. Thanks for the help.

Hi @M. David
I hope you're well and safe!
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
As a possible workaround, you could use cross-sheet formulas instead to only collect what is needed.
Would that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

I just submitted the enhancement request. I am wondering what using the cross-sheet formulas would look like? I understand setting up cell-linking from the first to the second, but I'd rather this be as automated as possible. I'm sure your idea is a good one, but it's been a long week and just can't thing of what formulas I'd set up in the second sheet to pull data automatically from the first sheet. Thanks for all your help.

To add to the weight of this request. Being able to select columns would also help me with an issue I am having (and for me cross linking will not help)

Happy to help!
You could use cross-sheet formulas combined with either a VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH structure to connect the sheets, and when you update the source sheet, it will reflect on the destination sheet.
Would the columns that you want to collect be side by side or spread out in the sheet?
