How can I cancel my subscription?

Hi @Aesha LaViolette

How you cancel an account will depend on your plan type and how you pay for that account. If you have an Individual or Business plan, you can cancel your account at any time through your Account icon in the top right corner of Smartsheet.

1. Click Account > Account Admin > Plan & Billing Info.
2. Click Cancel Account to display the Cancel Account form.

If you select "Switch to Free", then you can choose either of the following options:

• Switch to Free at the end of my current subscription

Or:

• Switch to Free Immediately
