Access sheet that hasn't been shared?

Hi All! A colleague of mine was working on a maternity leave plan but her baby decided to arrive before she shared her plan forward to anyone. Is there any way we could get access to her Smartsheets without bugging her? Her Smartsheet account is part of our Enterprise plan so hoping there is some way an Admin could gain access.

Hope you are fine, if your colleague is the owner of the workspace that she creates her sheet in and no one has permission on that workspace i don't think your admin can take the access without your colleague permission. the following article explains in details the Sharing Permission Levels
