changing dependencies by unlicensed users

Hi all,

From the "user types and permissions" site it is clear to me that only licensed admins and owners can enable dependencies and edit dependency settings. What I am looking for is to find out if unlicensed (free) Editors are able to make changes in the 'dependencies' columns, and by doing so, adding or removing the default "Finish-to-Start relationship".

Yes, they will be able to change the dependencies.
